Disarm the Siren Easily
In case the detector was triggered, you will be able to check if there is any danger and disarm it easily. Unlike the traditional alarms, you can use both the Aqara Home app or other Aqara devices to do it.
Installation Precautions for Optimal Performance
- Install the smoke detector in the center of the ceiling, at least 0.5 meters from any wall.
- Keep away from areas with combustible smoke particles.
- Avoid high-moisture areas or places with significant water vapor, such as bathrooms.
- Avoid dusty environments.
- Do not install near fans, air conditioners, or air vents with strong airflow.
- Avoid corners or areas with poor air circulation, like spire-topped rooms.
- Ensure the detector is installed horizontally; if tilted, the angle should not exceed 45 degrees.
- Install only after renovations are completed to prevent dust exposure.
